Stories, information and personal experience
We share our lives, travel, running, challenges and the development of RELAY 116 123. Personal experiences are our own; they are not a promise that somebody else will have the same results. Website content is general information, not individual medical, mental-health, financial or other professional advice.
We aim to keep current information accurate, but plans and circumstances can change. Historical posts describe the time they were written and are not necessarily current guidance. Check dates and relevant official information before relying on travel, route or event details. Please tell us if you find an important error.
Sharing and reusing our work
Our original writing, photographs, videos and branding belong to us unless another owner or credit is identified. You are welcome to link to our pages and use the sharing options provided. Short attributed quotations may be used where permitted by law, with a link to the original and without misrepresenting what we said.
For reproducing complete articles, substantial extracts, photographs, logos or other material, please ask first unless a specific permission or licence already applies. Material supplied by another person remains subject to their rights. Permission to use press assets, when offered, is limited to the terms stated with those assets. Nothing here removes exceptions or rights available under copyright law.
Comments and messages
Please be respectful and share only information you have the right to share. Do not post abuse, unlawful content, spam or other people’s private information. We may moderate comments to keep discussion relevant and safe. Our contact forms and email are not monitored as an emergency or crisis service.
RELAY expressions of interest
Submitting the Join RELAY form records an expression of interest. It does not confirm a place, a particular date or section, an organised event entry or an assessment that participation is suitable for you. Route, timing and arrangements remain subject to confirmation.
The route overview and interactive map show an intended journey, not a checked pedestrian navigation route or a live safety-tracking service. Do not use them as your sole navigation or safety information.
Confirmed participation will require the relevant practical and safety information at that stage. These website terms are not a participant agreement, risk assessment or waiver, and do not replace any arrangements needed before somebody takes part.
Charitable fundraising and direct support
Charitable donations for RELAY 116 123 are made through the official JustGiving fundraising page for Samaritans. Check the charity, campaign and payment details on the destination page. JustGiving and the charity govern the processing of those donations; this website does not operate an on-site charity payment system.
Optional support given directly to Login To Our Life through services such as Buy Me a Coffee, PayPal or Revolut is separate from charitable fundraising. It is not automatically a donation to Samaritans or another charity, a merchandise purchase or a sponsorship agreement. Read the destination’s information and any specific offer before paying. If you have a question about direct support, contact us; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove applicable rights.
A partner or media enquiry does not by itself create a commercial agreement, official charity partnership, endorsement or permission to use a logo. Any such arrangement needs separate confirmation.
External websites and services
We link to charities, platforms, coverage and other useful resources. Those sites have their own terms, privacy practices and availability, which we do not control. A link is not a guarantee about every part of an external service. Optional videos and the user-opened map are explained in our Cookie Policy.
Future merchandise
A merchandise shop has not yet launched. Existing shop-related pages are not an announcement that products are available to buy. Before trading begins, we will provide appropriate product, pricing, payment, delivery, returns and cancellation information. These general website terms are not a substitute for those future trading terms.
Availability and your legal rights
We may correct, update or temporarily suspend parts of the website and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or other protections that apply to you.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiries and other personal information are handled. You can change optional-media choices through Cookie Settings in the footer.
We will review these terms as the website and project develop and show the latest review date above. A later update does not retrospectively remove rights or change a separately agreed arrangement. For questions about content, permissions or these terms, please email us.
