From Rock Bottom to Top of The World

Half way up Kilimanjaro 2023
Half way up Kilimanjaro 2023

We’re not elite athletes. We’re two people who once stood at rock bottom, who fought through addiction, mental health struggles, and loss – and chose to run, climb, and rise again.

Each of these challenges is more than just a physical feat. They are symbols of hope, grit and recovery. We’re doing this not to break records for glory, but to break through the limits people place on themselves. To prove that healing is possible. That starting over is possible. That something beautiful can come from the broken.

Below are the endurance challenges we’re taking on and not just for ourselves, but for anyone who’s ever felt like giving up.

Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge

100 km of Coastal Beauty and Brutality

On May 17–18, 2025, we’ll take on the 100 km (62 mile) Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge, a two-day endurance test along one of the most breath taking and rugged coastlines in the UK.

We’ll be carrying our own nutrition, running where we can, walking the climbs, and moving together the whole way. This isn’t just a race, it’s a mental and physical checkpoint in our journey. A test of our training, our mindset, and our fuel systems.

This challenge marks the beginning of something much bigger, a year of pushing limits and rewriting what’s possible.

What have we let ourself into

The Three Peaks Everest Challenge (TPEC)

A World Record Attempt – 3 Everests in 7 Days

On June 21, 2025, we will begin what may be one of the most demanding self-supported mountain endurance challenge we ever attempted in the UK we are calling it:

The Three Peaks Everest Challenge.

Our goal?

To climb the full height of three Mount Everests – a total of 26,544 meters (87,121 feet) of elevation gain – within seven consecutive days.

Stephen will do this by repeatedly summiting the UK’s three highest mountains:

  • Ben Nevis: 7 summits = 9,310 m of elevation (73 miles hiking)
  • Scafell Pike: 10 summits = 9,000 m (54 miles hiking)
  • Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon): 10 summits = 8,950 m (90 miles hiking)
[All ascents start from the Snowdon ‘lower’ car park (53.08030° N, 4.00280° W) for maximum elevation gain.]

This challenge isn’t based on peak heights – it’s based on real elevation gained. No shortcuts, no vehicles, no support teams. Just us, our legs, and sheer willpower. All tracked on Strava. All following Leave No Trace principles.

This is more than an ultra.

It’s a statement: that even after illness, addiction and pain, you can rise higher than ever before.

This is our Everest.

The Pacific Crest Trail - Our Next Great Dream

2,650 Miles of Mountains, Deserts, and Soul

In 2026, we plan to walk across the entire western United States, from Mexico to Canada on the legendary Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). It’s one of the most iconic long-distance hikes in the world, crossing through California, Oregon and Washington over 2,650 miles (4,265 km) of wilderness.

It will take us around 5-6 months of non-stop hiking, sleeping under the stars, and embracing the raw beauty of the planet and of our own resilience.

Why are we doing it?

Because we believe in finishing what we start. Because the outdoors heals. Because big dreams remind us we’re still alive.

And because after everything we’ve been through, we no longer want to just exist – we want to live!

The PCT isn’t just a trail. It’s the next chapter of a life rewritten by choice, courage, and a bit of madness.

And we’d love to take you with us, every step of the way.
